To ensure I capture all the important moments, I begin by having a detailed consultation with you before the wedding. We’ll discuss your vision, must-have shots, and any specific moments that hold significance to you. On the day of the wedding, I’ll create a timeline to guide the photography flow, while also remaining flexible to capture spontaneous moments as they arise. By building a rapport with you and your guests, I aim to document your day in a way that feels natural and authentic.
How many weddings have you photographed?
I have photographed one wedding and one engagement session, but I bring a wealth of experience from my background in fashion photography. My passion for capturing couples' portraits fuels my commitment to studying and mastering the art of wedding photography. I am dedicated to ensuring that each moment is beautifully preserved. How many pictures will I receive?
The number of photos you will receive depends on the duration of coverage in your chosen package:
3-Hour Package: Typically, you can expect around 150 to 300 professionally edited images that capture the highlights of your day.
6-Hour Package: For this package, you can expect approximately 400 to 600 edited images, providing a more comprehensive story of your wedding, including key moments and candid interactions.
8-Hour Package: With an 8-hour coverage, you can anticipate receiving about 600 to 800 beautifully edited images, showcasing all aspects of your celebration, from preparations to the reception.
12-Hour Package: If you choose the 12-hour package, you can expect around 800 to 1,200 edited images, allowing for extensive coverage of your entire day, including moments that are often overlooked, ensuring that every detail is beautifully documented.
Ultimately, I strive to deliver a diverse and meaningful collection of images that reflect the essence of your special day.
Can we request specific shots or family combinations?
Absolutely! I encourage you to share any specific shots or family combinations you desire. Before the wedding, we can discuss your must-have images and create a shot list to ensure that no important moments are missed. I want to capture the moments that matter most to you, so please feel free to share your vision!
How do you handle travel?
Travel is an important consideration for wedding photography. I am happy to travel to your wedding location, whether it’s nearby or a destination wedding! For local weddings, travel costs are typically included in the package. For destination weddings or locations outside of the local area, additional travel expenses—such as airfare, lodging, and transportation—will be discussed in advance to ensure transparency. My goal is to make the planning process as smooth as possible, so you can focus on enjoying your special day!
How do we secure our date with you?
To secure your date with me, a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit are required. The deposit is typically 20% to 30% of the total package cost and goes toward your overall fee. Once I receive the signed contract and deposit, I will confirm your booking and reserve the date exclusively for you. I’m excited to be a part of your special day!
What are your payment terms?
My payment terms include a non-refundable deposit of 20% to 30% of the total package cost to secure your date. The remaining balance is due one week before the wedding. I accept payments via bank transfer to make the process as convenient as possible for you. A detailed invoice will be provided for transparency, and feel free to reach out if you have any questions about the payment process!
Do you edit the photos? What is your editing style?
Yes, I edit all the photos I deliver to ensure they meet my high standards of quality. My editing style emphasizes natural beauty, focusing on vibrant colors, soft tones, and authentic moments. I aim to enhance the images while preserving the true essence of your day, resulting in timeless and stunning photographs that reflect your unique love story.
What is your policy on timely delivery of photos?
I understand how excited you are to see your wedding photos! My standard turnaround time for delivering edited images is typically between 3 to 6 weeks after your wedding day, depending on the package chosen and the season. I strive to maintain a high quality of editing, and I will keep you updated on the progress throughout the process. In the meantime, I often share a few sneak peeks on social media or through a private gallery to give you a glimpse of your beautiful moments while you wait for the full collection!
Do you provide a second shooter?
While a second shooter is not included in my standard packages, I can include one in a tailored package upon request. Having a second shooter can enhance coverage by capturing different angles and additional moments during your wedding day. If you’re interested in this option, let me know, and we can customize a package to meet your needs!
